By downloading or using the EPF Balance, UAN & Salary Calc app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App provides financial calculators and tools for informational and estimation purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of EPFO, any bank, or any government or private entity. The App does not connect to or retrieve data from EPFO systems or your official records. Any PF balance or contribution figures shown are entered by you, or read from a balance SMS that you choose to share with the App. For your official balance, passbook, and claim status, please use EPFO's own services.
While we aim to keep all calculators accurate, results are based on values you enter and standard formulae. Actual figures may differ due to applicable regulations, lender policies, or market conditions. Currency rates are mid-market rates (European Central Bank) and will differ from rates offered by banks or money transfer services.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and frankfurter.app. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
